Our Full-Service Employment (FSE) program is a unique and comprehensive employment search program comprising of multiple employment interviews in cities across Canada and culminating in a written offer of employment, commensurate with the client’s professional qualifications. Depending on your preferences and profile, this program enables our clients to become employed in Canada either prior to the filing of the application for permanent residence or after the issuance of a permanent resident visa.
How the program works
Employment interviews are arranged in advance of a scheduled visit or a permanent relocation. Since we generally do not charge placement fees to the employer, employers in a wide range of occupations including engineering, information and computer technology, financial services, management, sales and marketing as well as other professional and semi-professional fields, are willing to interview our clients with minimal or no cost. Under standard hiring agency mandates, employers are charged commissions of 25% of the employee's annual remunerative benefit package. Under our unique FSE program, we charge the employee while employers are charged minimal or no referral fee. We therefore secure multiple interviews for our clients, which increases their chances for hiring.
(Note: This program is only suitable for an applicant who is permitted to enter, or is presently inside Canada, and does not require our immigration services)
Our rate of success
Under our FSE program, our rate of success in securing an offer of employment exceeds 70%.
