program where we assist you in all aspects of securing a qualified sponsoring employer in accordance with current immigration requirements, for your permanent full-time employment in Canada.
At the beginning of our mandate, we will prepare a comprehensive written
Labour Market and Relocation report. Once you are comfortable with
our findings, we will schedule multiple employment interviews in cities
across Canada that you will attend in person or via an Internet based conference and that may likely result in at least one written offer of employment commensurate with your professional qualifications. Many of our clients receive multiple offers of employment in more than one province in Canada.
Thereafter, we will handle all aspects of the immigration process including the preparation and submission of a Service Canada Labour Market Opinion (LMO) or Arranged Employment Opinion (AE); or an application under an applicable Provincial Nominee Program; followed by the issuance of a work permit and related temporary residence permits for you and your
accompanying family dependants.
Prior to your arrival to Canada we will provide you with ongoing counsel and address many of the relocation issues that are important to you.\
How the Program Works
Employment interviews are arranged in advance of a scheduled visit or a permanent relocation. Since we do not charge placement fees to the employer, employers in a wide range of occupations including engineering, information and computer technology, health care, financial services, management, sales and marketing as well as other professional and semi-professional fields, are willing to interview our clients. Under standard
recruitment agency mandates, employers are charged commissions of 25% of the
employee's annual salary. Under our unique FSR program, we charge the employee a reasonable counsel fee under a result oriented mandate while employers are not charged any referral fee. We therefore secure multiple interviews for our clients, which increases their chances for hiring.
